What I do:

I perform an audit of your entire website and give you a report based on my findings.

This report is detailed looking at 21 factors for UX and recommendations for how to address the issues I find.

What I need from you:

Homepage/About/ FAQ Page Copy

• Does your homepage tell visitors clearly who you are, what you do, and for whom you do it?
• Is your About page focused on you and what kind of coffee you enjoy, your kid’s soccer game, or your visitor?
• Does your FAQ page address ALL the concerns your visitors have?

I look at your current pages and improve the content for clarity and focus on your reader.
